Delivery and Shipping Information

Order Lead Times

  1. We aim to despatch our orders within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order and payment. Occasionally, however it may take 10-14 working days for your order to be despatched depending on stock availability and business peak times.  We will notify you by email if this occurs. Once your order has been despatched it will be delivered by our courier service within the timeframe indicated below under the shipping information. Please allow sufficient time when placing your order to receive your goods in time for your wedding or special occasion.
  1. Working days are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm excluding Public Holidays.
  1. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order online. Email us at sales@placecardholdersuk.co.uk with details of the items you wish to order, the quantity you need and the date you need them by and we will respond to you as quickly as possible letting you know if we can fulfil the order in time. We will do our very best to assist you.
  1. In order to offer you the best possible prices, we operate our business solely online. It is therefore not possible to call to collect your order at this time.
  1. We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to any PO Box address or BFPO address at this time.

Please note that the delivery times stated below are the time frames once your order has left our warehouse and not from the date you place your order.

Returns Policy

We aim to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied (or better still delighted) with their purchases from our stores. We offer a money back guarantee on all of our products with the exception of personalised products, cameras or edible goods  in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Unless they are damaged or faulty, personalised products, edible goods or cameras are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds cannot be provided on these items.

In accordance with your legal rights, you can decide to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at sales@placecardholdersuk.co.uk , providing us with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason you wish to return the item. We will provide you with a returns number which must be included in the return package and the return address, as this will enable us to process your refund.

We will issue a refund on goods returned to us in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition.

We advise you to return your items to us via a recorded delivery service as we can bear no responsibility for items lost in the post. Please also ensure that the packaging is secure as we cannot refund for items we receive damaged.

We will issue your refund as quickly as possible upon receipt of your goods, in line with the above information, but this may take up to 5 working days during busy periods. Delivery charges are not refundable.
